Our luxury tent comfortably sleeps up to six adults. With a storage area for suitcases under the cupboard bed and ample room for clothes in both the adults bedroom and bunk bedroom plus direct access to your own private bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, which is situated at the back of the tent and accessible without going on a hike, boasts a roll top bath, sink and flush toilet.
For that extra special camping experience we have available for hire a dutch oven or pizza oven for outdoor cooking. Please enquire when booking.
After our late, damp arrival on Friday evening, all the the niggles of the day melted quickly away once we were greeted by Mark and Sonja and trundled our bags over to the safari tent, the children (3, 5 and 7) slipping gleefully across the field in their eagerness to explore! The accommodation was an absolute delight from the moment we stepped in and we enjoyed finding the wood burning stove, comfy beds with feather quilts, the roll top bath and enormously welcome provisions pack, which supplied us with supper and breakfast. Highlights for the children were sleeping in the cupboard bed (This illicited tears at parting from the youngest two), digging in a muddy trench, a campfire, candlelit bath times and space and freedom to roam in safety. For us, it was by far the most relaxing, peaceful, family break we’ve enjoyed to date and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again.
